According to the results of 11 months of 2018, the Russian Agricultural Bank (the Omsk branch is member of Omsky Biocluster) provided the farmers with 275B RUR ($ 3.96B) on terms of concessional financing, which is 41% more than in the same period last year. At the same time 33B RUR ($ 0.48B) was aimed at SMEs supporting.
RusAg is the main participant in the state program of agroindustry preferential crediting at a rate not exceeding 5% per annum. In January-November 2018, the largest funds amount was provided to Bank customers from Voronezh (26B RUR, $ 0.37B), Kursk (17B RUR, $ 0.24B) and Kaluga (16B RUR, $ 0.23B) regions. The Bank active participation in the program contributes to the implementation of the tasks set by the state - increasing the efficiency of providing state support to farmers, strengthening the country's food security and increasing the agroexport potential. Since the launch of the program in September 2017, RusAg has provided 485B RUR ($ 6.98B) preferential loans to agroindustry companies.
