Titan-Agro LLC (member of Omsky Biocluster) received new equipment in the production and technological laboratory of Feed Mill Pushkinsky - a modern infrared analyzer.
The domestic device Infraskan 1050 (St. Petersburg) entered the department for physical and mechanical testing of the production and technical laboratory. It is designed to provide input control of the feedstock entering the enterprise, which is necessary for the production of mixed feeds - grains, cakes, full fat extruded soy and bran. This infrared analyzer performs spectral express analyzes of the content of nutritional indices: raw protein, fiber and fat. In addition to the nutritional indices, Infraskan 1050 determines the moisture content of incoming raw materials. The time for determining all indicators does not exceed one minute.
Titan-Agro Laboratory has more than 100 units of modern analytical and measuring equipment, among them, besides IR analyzers - high-tech atomic absorption spectrometer, liquid and gas chromatography, ELISA analyzer and others. All this allows to control the quality of products and incoming raw materials at all production stages. The modern equipment of the laboratory makes it possible to produce forage of exceptionally high quality, which is confirmed by both controlling bodies and consumers of the plant's products. In 2016, the mixed feed produced by Titan-Agro LLC won the federal stage of the contest for the '100 Best Goods of Russia Program' in the Foodstuffs category.
At present, the production of Feed Mill Pushkinsky is being realized both in Omsk region and beyond its borders (Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen and other regions).
