In February, 206 samples were delivered to the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feeds and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster). 2102 tests were carried out, as a result, 21 discrepancies were revealed.
16 samples of dairy products (eight samples of butter, six samples of cheese and two samples of cottage cheese) did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation for the content of milk fat, fatty acid composition and the presence of sterols. Five samples of cereals have not been tested for humidity, weed content, organoleptic indices and increased content of ochratoxin "A".
