Cherkizovo Group plans to export more than 3,300 tons of poultry products to China in the near future. The amount of contracts concluded with importers is more than $ 8 million, according to investment holding FINAM. Six Cherkizovo Group companies have the right to supply to China.
Cherkizovo began to deliver poultry meat (chicken paws) to China in May of this year through the St. Petersburg seaport. It is planned that the supply of Cherkizovo to China chicken wings, legs and other types of products from frozen poultry meat will be about 1,000 tons. By the end of the year, Russian manufacturers can export more than 30,000 tons of cargo of this category. In the near future, annual exports may grow to 150-200,000 tons, Cherkizovo experts believe.
