July: dangerous semi-finished products identified in Omsk

In July, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) received 322 samples, with which 1,481 trials were conducted. As a result, experts identified 34 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation.

One of the samples of meat semi-finished products revealed the presence of bacteria of the Escherichia coli group (CGB), the excess of total bacterial contamination (QMAFAnM) and the number of molds. Excess of QMAFAnM was revealed in ten samples of raw milk. Eleven soil samples did not meet CGB standards. Eight samples of soil did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation on enterococci. Eggs of geohelminths were found in four soil samples.
