News of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering: Omsk

For people who are keen on their profession, raising their skills and gaining new knowledge is a continuous and exciting process. For such indifferent specialists, IC SIBAGROCOMPLEX regularly conducts advanced training.

Operators for artificial insemination and breeders from Bobrovskoye JSC (Novosibirsk region), Yurginsky LLC, Yurginsky Agrariy LLC and Temp LLC (Kemerovo region) came to Omsk this week. Specialists of IC SIBAGROCOMPLEX most recently met with them - directly in farms in the workplace or at district training seminars. And there specialists and their immediate supervisors asked to conduct more serious individual classes with the opportunity to understand the specific issues with which they have to deal in the process of work.

Continuing its active work within the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering, SIBAGROCOMPLEX (member of Omsky Biocluster) organized such an event on the basis of its training center in Omsk. In addition to the possibility of using modern equipment and programs, this form of training - with a break from work - has its advantages: specialists can in practice see the organization of work in other agricultural enterprises, adopt successful experience, and try something new. Moreover, the ability to simply communicate with colleagues from other territories is of great importance - to make sure that the profession is in demand, professionals are valued, and therefore you need to move forward, improve your professional level. The organizers of this event believe that the most valuable thing is that people who work in the specialty for many years admit that during these days they learned something new, useful, necessary in the work, and they are waiting for the invitation to the next seminar.
