The growth of high-quality beef production by Miratorg over the past 9 months amounted to 35% (15 thousand tons) due to an increase in livestock and the launch of new farms.
Miratorg managed to achieve such results thanks to investments of more than 9.6B RUR ($ 145.31M) in a meat-processing plant in Bryansk region. But the company does not plan to stop there. Miratorg is considering the implementation of a project for deep processing of meat products. To date, the holding's production volume is 150K tons, which is about 400 items. The prospect of increasing the shelf life of chilled products without the use of preservatives is also considered.
