The laboratory for the quality and safety of animal and vegetable products, feed and environmental objects of the Omsk reference center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) in one day revealed inconsistencies in regulatory documents in five samples.
Excessions in the total phosphorus content were found in two samples of semi-finished products from broiler chicken meat. Two processed cheese samples did not pass fatty acid tests. A sample of feed barley did not reach the norm in terms of solids content.
