The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Fodder and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) in March received 395 samples with which 2549 studies were conducted. As a result, experts identified 18 samples of inappropriate regulatory documentation.

Five samples of meat-containing canned food have not been tested for compliance with regulatory documents on the mass fraction of protein. A sample of pork bacon and two samples of the previously mentioned canned food were found to be low in fat. Inconsistencies in fatty acid composition were detected in three milk samples, and one of these samples was not tested for protein. Two samples of cottage cheese and one sample of cheese showed low fat content. Five samples of sunflower did not comply with the normative documentation on indicators: odor, weed impurity (in four samples), oil impurity (in three samples), moisture (in two samples), mass fraction of oil (in two samples), oil content (in one sample) .
