M.Sutyaginsky took part in the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum

On March 28 - 30, the 16th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum was held in Krasnoyarsk, which was attended by the head of Titan Group Mikhail Sutyaginsky (one of the Titan Group companies, Titan-Agro LLC, is the Omsky Biocluster member). In 2019, the forum was held in the updated format of the Russian Competition Summit. Leading world economists, leaders of Russian business, members of the Russian Government and heads of regions discussed topical aspects of the competitiveness of key sectors of the economy, corporations, regions, cities and the quality of government regulation.

On the final day of the Forum, Chairman of the Board Titan Group Mikhail Sutyaginsky became the speaker of the panel discussion 'Russian 'gazelles': to be or not to be?', devoted to the development of Russian business ('gazelles' in Russian means two subjects: the name of the popular minibus brand and antelope). The topic of discussion was the search for universal ways to improve the competitiveness of domestic business. The head of Titan Group proposed measures to stimulate it, taking into account national priorities.

"The construction of new plants requires the development of innovative technical solutions, automation of processes, which will increase productivity three to four times, provide an opportunity to enter the foreign market and compete successfully there. The most important solutions to support the domestic industry are tax deduction and interest rate subsidie", Mikhail Sutyaginsky noted during his speech. He also focused on the fact that the ability to send a tax deduction to repay loans when creating new enterprises will allow in the shortest possible time to recoup production. "State support should be accessible to any business - small, medium or large, especially considering the import substitution rate announced by the Russian President several years ago. Today’s existing administrative barriers need to be simplified. We will be able to make our products liquid and the production profitable only in this way ", Mikhail Sutyaginsky summed up.

Information: KEF’2019 is the Russian Competitiveness Summit. The forum organizers are the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
