In April, 185 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 548 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 15 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation.
Excess of total bacterial contamination was revealed in five samples of meat and one sample of dairy products. Six samples of meat, one sample of fish and one sample of dairy products contained bacteria of the E. coli group. One sample of soil did not meet the requirements for the index of bacteria of the E. coli group.
