Export of Omsk milk grew by 15%

The analytical center of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia has published the comparative results of the export indicators of 2016 and 2017. As reported by The DairyNews agency, the indicator of growth in exports of dairy products in Omsk region in 2017, as compared to the previous year, was 15%.

 

Places ahead of Omsk region are Moscow City (49%), Moscow (20%) and Belgorod regions (27.5%).

 

The total export of dairy products in the Russian Federation showed a growth of 6.42% compared to 2016 (from 198.6 to 185.5 thousand tonnes), while cash receipts increased by 14%. Analysts forecast growth in 2018 at 16%.
