In August, 520 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 1450 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified about 60 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
Samples of butter and pasteurized milk did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation on organoleptic indicators. Two poultry samples contained pathogens (Salmonella). Pathogenic microorganisms (listeria) were found in 4 samples of meat products. Bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found in 4 samples of meat product. 13 samples of milk and 6 samples of meat products contained an increased total microbial number. An excess of mold was found in two samples of frozen berries. One sample of frozen berries was characterized by a high yeast content. The presence of Staphylococcus aureus was found in a sample of finished meat products. Sulfite-reducing clostridia was detected in the meat paste sample. 15 soil samples did not meet the requirements of normative documentation for exceeding the E. coli bacteria index, 13 soil samples did not meet the standards for exceeding the enterococcus index.
