In September, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) received 367 samples, with which 708 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 52 cases of non-compliance with regulatory documents.
One sample of cheese did not meet the standards for organoleptic characteristics. Three samples of meat products contained pathogenic microorganisms - Listeria. Pathogenic microorganisms of the genus Salmonella were identified by specialists on one sample of poultry meat, and bacteria of the group of Escherichia coli were identified in three samples of beef meat. Excess total bacterial contamination was recorded in six samples of beef meat and two samples of raw milk. An excess of the number of molds was found in two samples of semi-finished meat products. Bacteria of the group of Escherichia coli were found in two samples of swabs from the process equipment. Two air samples taken from the company's cold rooms contained an increased amount of mold. 18 soil samples exceeded the Bacteria of the group of Escherichia coli index, 12 soil samples exceeded the enterococci index.
