November 1 - 30, the Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) received 261 samples, with which 534 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified eleven cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
The excess of the total microbial number was found in one sample of cow's milk and one sample of beef meat. One sample of raw cow's milk contained an increased number of somatic cells. The penicillin group antibiotic was discovered by experts in another sample of raw cow's milk by means of the screening method. Five samples of washes from the process equipment did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation on the presence of bacteria of the group of Escherichia coli. Two samples of air from the refrigerators did not pass the test due to the excess of the number of molds.
