From 1 to 30 March, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) checked 205 samples with which 930 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 27 cases of inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.
Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in three samples of dairy products. 16 samples of dairy products and a sample of meat products contained bacteria of the Escherichia coli group. Listeria are found in a sample of beef. Excess of the enterococci index was found in four soil samples. The excess of the bacterium index of the E. coli group was also recorded in two soil samples.
