In May, 545 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 2282 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 49 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
The bacteria of the E. coli group were found in three samples of swabs from technological equipment in food production. Nine swab samples exceeded the total microbial count. 20 soil samples did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation for exceeding the E. coli group index and the enterococcus index.
