In August, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster) received 235 samples, with which 871 tests were carried out. As a result, experts found violations of normative documentation in 21 cases.
The excess the amount of yeast found in the sample of frozen berries. The excess of total bacterial contamination was recorded in three milk samples. One sample of milk contained a large number of somatic cells. The excess of the bacterium index of the E. coli group was revealed in 15 soil samples.
