Following the results of 8 months of 2018, the Russian Agricultural Bank (the Omsk branch is member of Omsky Biocluster) issued 696B RUR ($ 10.64B) to domestic farmers, which is 5.6% more than last year. The Bank is increasing its support for the industry, including as part of the program for the development of agriculture until 2020, the program of concessional lending to the agro-industrial sector, supporting the implementation of large investment projects and directing significant amounts of funds for current purposes.
RusAg provides significant support to farmers in carrying out seasonal work. Since the beginning of 2018, 212B RUR ($ 3.24B) have been allocated for these purposes against 190B RUR ($ 2.9B) a year earlier. As of September 1, 2018, RusAg credit portfolio in the agro-industrial sector was 1,229B RUR ($ 18.79B).
