Interfax published the results of the annual National University Ranking for the 2017/2018 academic year. Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster), having scored 412 points on a consolidated rating, climbed 40 points and occupied 112-113 places (among universities in Siberia - 17 out of 44, agricultural - 4 out of 25, Omsk - on the second of 6.)
OmSAU also looks worthy in some nominations: 'Internationalization' - 39-42 place (1 - among agrarian universities), "Innovation" - 81 place (1), 'Socialization' - 90-92 place (1), 'Research' - 151-152 place (7), 'Brand' - 217-218 place (11), 'Education' - 239-242 place (12).
A total of 288 leading universities of Russia were evaluated, which is 24 more than last year. The rating covers 29 national research universities, 10 federal universities, and 33 supporting universities.
