In June, 210 samples were delivered to the Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feeds and Environmental Facilities of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster).
174 samples were studied, with which 1,037 tests were carried out, four samples with a positive result were detected. Two samples of dairy products (cheese and butter creamy) did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation for the content of milk fat, fatty acid composition and the presence of sterols. The sample of wheat did not comply with the state standard for organoleptic indicators (an acidic smell in the ground grain, unusual for a healthy grain of wheat). Mercury in the amount of 0.1373 mg / kg is found in wild bird meat.
