Cottage cheese was tested in the Omsk region

The expert veterinary laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received a sample of cottage cheese as part of the production control of the enterprise.

 

The sample was examined for organoleptic and microbiological indicators. E. coli bacteria were found in the curd. When researching the product for lactic acid microorganisms, their content turned out to be insufficient. The taste and smell did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents. According to the requirements of the Technical Regulations 033/2013 'The Safety of Milk and Dairy Products', the sample was recognized as of poor quality.
