The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received four samples of semi-finished meat products as part of the state assignment for food monitoring.
The samples were examined for the presence of pathogenic microorganisms (Listeria and Salmonella). The results are negative. The samples comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulations 'The Safety of Meat and Meat Products'.
