Investments in the Omsk agroindustry will reach RUR 4.7 billion

In 2020, RUR 4.7 billion ($ 60.54 million) will be invested in the agroindustry of the Omsk region. In particular, we are talking about the implementation in the districts of the Omsk region of large projects for the production of vegetable oil, milk processing and grain storage.

 

According to the forecasts of the regional authorities, about RUR 2.9 billion ($ 37.35 million) will be invested in agriculture. About RUR 1.8 billion ($ 23.18 million) are invested in the development of the processing and food industry.

 

One of the projects is being implemented by AgroTrade LLC in Gauf (Azovsky district). The company is building a complex for deep processing of sunflower, soybeans and rapeseed for the production of vegetable oil. The project will be implemented in three stages. In 2020, it is planned to commission an oil extraction plant with a capacity of 16,000 tons of oils per year.

 

Sibirskie kolbasy Company is constructing a building for the production of sausages and semi-finished products with a capacity of up to 48 tons per day. Yastro Company (Poltavsky distruct) introduces methods of deep processing of whey and installs new lines for the production of hard cheese and butter. The company intends to process up to 500 tons of milk per day.
