The chief engineers of the agro-industrial complex of the region increased their qualification within the state program.
February 2, Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster) completed an additional professional development program 'Actual Issues of Engineering Service in the Agroindustry', developed at the request of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Omsk region.
The managers and specialists of the engineering services of the agroindustry companies have improved their competence in the field of operation of the machine and tractor fleet, maintenance of tractors and agricultural machinery in modern conditions, organization of their repair, state technical supervision of machinery, storage of agricultural machinery, application of GLONASS in agricultural production, etc.
Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE (member of Omsky Biocluster) has become a venue for one of the practical field trips. Director of Omsk Experimental Plant Dmitry Golovanov:
"I believe this form of professional development is optimal, theory plus practice. The qualification of the rural engineering service affects many significant processes: maintaining the constant working capacity of all machinery and equipment involved in agricultural production, timely maintenance, performance of quality repairs and proper storage of seasonal equipment. All this requires a high level of professionalism. Today the technology is developing rapidly, new technologies are being applied, the requirements of the supervisory bodies and the legislative base are changing. Modern engineer, in order to keep up with the times, you need to constantly develop and improve their skills. We pay great attention to this in Omsky Biocluster and at Omsk Experimental Plant, we regularly organize meetings with engineers, exchange experiences, including within the interregional cooperation.
