One of the main tasks of the Effective Livestock Program (implemented by the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering) is to improve the skills of specialists working directly in agricultural enterprises of the Siberian region, as well as to involve managers of different levels in order to form the need for holding them. The development of human capital must be a priority strategic task for a modern leader focused on development and improving the economic efficiency of his business.
The implementation of educational programs for SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster) is of paramount importance in the information and consulting support of its customers and engineering activities throughout the Siberian Federal District. The priority is not determined by the number of participants. This week two projects are being implemented simultaneously. The head of the veterinary service of SIBAGROCOMPLEX-BIO LLC Ekaterina Gribkova spent two days training the operator for artificial insemination of Konstantinovskoye LLC in Tatarsky district of Novosibirsk region. Especially it should be noted that artificial insemination in this farm has not been carried out for the past five years. The visit of the company's specialists last fall facilitated the adoption of a decision on the transition to a new level of breeding work with the herd, which will significantly increase the productive potential and solve many tasks for the reproduction of the herd. During the training, the farm operator learned the skills of working in the laboratory, the rectocervical method of insemination, the transrectal examination for the determination of pregnancy and pathologies, and showed an excellent rate of mastering the material, which enabled them to learn insemination not only of cows, but also heifers.
On the eve of the regional and all-Russian contest for the best in terms of profession among operators for artificial insemination of cattle, the head of SIBAGROCOMPLEX LLC's advanced training project Tatiana Evtushenko is conducting a two-day practical seminar for specialists of agricultural organizations in Ubinsky district of Novosibirsk region. The event is held with the support of the Agriculture Department of Ubinsky district, the main specialist of the Agriculture Department Yury Samutin attended the classes. 15 people from eight farms of the district have learned. Practical classes take place at the sites of Kolkhoz Giant Farm and Kolkhoz Imeni Kirova Farm. Based on the results of the final certification, participants will receive certificates of professional development. In the nearest future, SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group plans to visit the farms of Kemerovo region and conduct a regional seminar on reproduction in Suzunsky district of Novosibirsk region.
