On April 3, Dmitry Romanenko, Omsky Biocluster CEO, took part in a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region. The agenda includes issues of state support for the agroindustry sector in 2019, the results of control of livestock breeding.
The Public Council goal is to exercise public control over the Ministry activities, including reviewing drafts of developed socially important regulatory legal acts, participation in monitoring the public services quality, the progress of anti-corruption and personnel work, assessing the effectiveness of public procurement, reviewing the annual plans of the Ministry and report on their performance, as well as other issues.
