Omsk: results of veterinary tests in October

In October, 809 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 2793 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 103 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Pathogenic microorganisms - listeria were found in ten samples of meat products. Pathogenic microorganisms Salmonella were detected in a sample of poultry meat. Exceeding the total microbial number was recorded in samples of salmon caviar, poultry meat, finished meat products and beef meat, in two samples of fish products. Two samples of meat products contained E. coli bacteria. Three samples of fish products exceeded the amount of yeast. Staphylococcus aureus was found in a meat product sample. Clostridia were found in a meat product sample and two fish product samples. An excess of the index of bacteria of the E. coli bacteria was found in 62 soil samples. An excess of the Enterococcus index was recorded in 15 soil samples.
