Following the results of 10 months of 2017, the Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) sent about 797 billion rubles ($ 13.59 billion) to support the domestic agro-industrial complex, which is comparable to the indicator for January-October 2016. Of these, 235 billion rubles ($ 4.01 billion) were issued for seasonal work (14% more than in the previous year). The volume of loans for investment purposes for the reporting period exceeds 186 billion rubles ($ 3.17 billion).
In addition, RusAg is the main participant in the mechanism of preferential loans to agrarians, providing for it the bulk of the extradition. RusAg (within the lending program at a rate of no more than 5% per annum) for 10 months of this year provided financing for more than 165 billion rubles ($ 2.81 billion).
Russian Agricultural Bank effectively performs the tasks of financial support of the Russian agribusiness. RusAg remains the key lender of the industry with a market share in the loan portfolio of the agribusiness about 30%.
