At the end of 2017, the production of mixed fodders in Russia amounted to 27.6 million tons. This is almost 7% higher than in 2016. By 2020, as the Russian Ministry of Agriculture forecasts, the volume will reach 30.8 million tons.
Rosstat notes that production of pigs for slaughter in all farms increased by 5%, birds - by 6.9%. The output of fodder for pigs reached 10 million tons (+ 8.7%), for poultry 15.3 million tons (+ 7.7%).
