The system of grain traceability throughout the whole production chain can be earned in December 2019, it follows from the notification of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia posted on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
The notification of the beginning of the development of the project states that it is aimed at implementing effective measures for the protection of plant products from quarantine objects when moving through the territory of Russia. The press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor explained that we are talking about creating a system of grain traceability. In order to ensure such traceability, it is necessary that each shipment of grain, when moving across Russia, be accompanied by an electronic document entered into the Argus-Phito system of the Federal State Information Service, the Rosselkhoznadzor says.
