The Laboratory of the Pushkinsky Feed Mill Plant (included in Titan-Agro LLC, Omsky Biocluster member) successfully confirmed their competence. The check was carried out by specialists of the supervisory authority of Rosstandart of Russia - Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology.
The reliability and quality of the tests performed are again confirmed by the relevant conclusion of the Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology (chemical, toxicological departments and the department of physical and mechanical tests). This document confirms that the laboratory has the necessary conditions for performing measurements at three stages: upon receipt of raw materials, during the production process and at the output of finished products.
The laboratory is equipped with unique measuring equipment for the Omsk region, which can control the quality of products and incoming raw materials (grain, protein, mineral, premixes, feed additives, oils, etc.) at all production stages. Studies are conducted on a number of necessary indicators: determination of moisture, nutrition, amino acid composition. Much attention is paid to checking the raw materials for the presence of toxins, including heavy metals, radionuclides, nitrates, nitrites, etc. The modern equipment of the laboratory makes it possible to produce high quality feed, which is confirmed by both consumers and experts.
Thus, in 2018, KK-62 compound feed for cattle received a diploma in the '100 Best Goods of Russia' competition, feed for poultry became the winner in 2016. We add that certified laboratories confirm competence once every three years. The first certification was held in 2016. Titan-Agro LLC includes in Titan Group.
