G.Guselnikov headed the IASA

Gennady Guselnikov was appointed acting chairman of the Executive Committee of the Interregional Association of the Economic Cooperation of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation 'Siberian Accord' (IASA), he previously served as first deputy chairman of the Executive Committee. Guselnikov took up the chairmanship of the Executive Committee after the appointment of the former head - Andrei Zhukov - to the Government of Novosibirsk region on May 23.

 

Gennadiy Guselnikov was appointed as an adviser to the Governor of Omsk region on August 1, 2002 - an authorized representative of the Omsk region Administration in the Council of the IASA, and since January 2002 he headed the Industrial Policy Department of the Association. Guselnikov has been working in the Executive Committee of the IASA since 2003 in the posts: Head of the Department of Industrial, Scientific and Technical Policy, Deputy Chairman, First Deputy Chairman of the IASA Executive Committee.
