RusAg has increased the volume of soft loans for agriculture by 38%

For 9 months of 2019, the RusAg loan portfolio (the Omsk branch is the Omsky Biocluster member) in the agribusiness segment showed an increase of more than RUR 119 billion ($ 1.87 billion) and amounted to RUR 1.3 trillion ($ 20.44 billion). Since the beginning of 2019, RusAg has issued RUR 935.6 billion ($ 14.71 billion) to domestic farmers, which is 19% more than for 9 months of 2018. At the same time, the Bank issued RUR 125.5 billion ($ 1.97 billion) to farmers for the SMEs development, of which RUR 34.9 billion ($ 0.55 billion) were allocated to small farms.

 

Russian Agricultural Bank, as the main participant in the state program of preferential agricultural loans at a rate of no higher than 5% per annum, increased the amount of funds disbursed by 37.5% - up to RUR 186.4 billion ($ 2.93 billion). The Bank is also steadily increasing the volume of financing seasonal work, remaining the undisputed leader in this market. In particular, RUR 269.6 billion ($ 4.24 billion) were allocated for these purposes compared to RUR 242.0 billion ($ 3.81 billion) a year earlier. The loan portfolio of export-oriented agribusiness companies of Russian Agricultural Bank JSC increased in the first 9 months of 2019 by 10.5% and reached RUR 212.9 billion ($ 3.35 billion). The issuance of loans to export-oriented agricultural companies amounted to RUR 160.6 billion ($ 2.53 billion). According to this indicator, the growth amounted to 5.7% to the indicators for the same period of 2018.
