Titan Group has become an official partner of the XVI Forum of interregional cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan. On the first day, top managers of the company presented their exposition to the governor of the Omsk region and the Kazakh delegation, took part in panel sessions, and also held meetings and negotiations on business integration and collaboration.
Significant event for the region takes place on November 6 - 7. As part of the Forum, the exhibition High Technologies: Opportunities of the Regions of Russia and Kazakhstan is functioning, at which the stand of Titan Group is presented. The stand contains information about the company and its projects. As part of the opening of the Forum, the stand of the Titan Group was visited by an official delegation led by the Governor of the Omsk region Alexander Burkov. The head of the region was pleased with the progress of the investment projects of Titan Group in the Omsk region.
During the panel session Development of Cross-Border Trade: Eurasian Accent, Mikhail Sutyaginsky, head of the Titan Group, reported on possible areas of collaboration for Omsk companies, including Titan Group, with companies from the North Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. "We have been cooperating with entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan since 1992, and now we are reaching a qualitatively new level of joint collaboration," Mikhail Sutyaginsky noted. "Now the regions are interested in cooperation, for example, in the field of the petrochemical industry. A number of products manufactured in the territory of the Pavlodar Special Economic Zone, may give impetus to the development of the production of organic synthesis at the Omsk rubber plant (Omsky Kauchuk JSC). At the same time, I note that today the enterprises of the petrochemical industry are able to improve the environment in both regions. Now Titan Group is working on the creation of the production of isopropyl alcohol, which is the raw material for the 'ecofriendly' line of auto chemical goods. Regional cooperation can develop in the agricultural sector: we are able to supply about 8,000 tons of chilled meat, protein supplements. We can increase commodity revenue for both parties to RUR 13 billion ($ 204 million)."
Moderators and panelists noted the importance of the topic. In the afternoon, the agro-industrial enterprise Titan-Agro LLC (Omsky Biocluster member) and AZAM-KC LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan) signed a cooperation agreement. The parties intend to cooperate in the supply of equipment. It should be noted that on the first day of the Forum, the leaders of Titan Group held a series of strategic negotiations with representatives of the authorities and business of Russia and Kazakhstan.
