In November, 185 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 575 tests were conducted. As a result, specialists identified 22 cases of non-compliance with regulatory documents.
Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in three samples of meat semi-finished products and three samples of meat products. Bacteria of the E. coli group were detected in a sample of dairy products and a sample of meat products. Listeria is found in 11 samples of meat products. Also, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found in flushing from technological equipment, the inconsistency with the standards for this indicator was recorded in two soil samples.
