Omsky Biocluster on AgroFarm 2018

Moscow hosts the largest international exhibition of breeding business and technologies for the production and processing of livestock products - AgroFarm 2018 (6-8 February). The exhibition has traditionally been a meeting place for manufacturers of equipment and products, investors, managers, livestock experts, industry experts and government officials. This year, more than 400 exhibitors from 28 countries presented their products.

The business program includes more than 50 events of various levels and formats, starting with the seminar on state support of agricultural producers and ending with the demonstration of the newest technologies for determining the physiological indicators of animals, systems for monitoring vital indicators of livestock and production processes.

The head of  'Genetics & Breeding of Cattle Practice' of Omsky Biocluster, director general of SIBAGROCOMPLEX GROUP Anatoly Shulakov:

"Participation in events of this level is very important for active participants of the business community. It is here that business meetings with partners take place, new contacts are established, agreements are concluded, and experience and knowledge are exchanged in the professional sphere. What is no less valuable, seminars and conferences are organized on such venues with the participation of government officials who determine the state policy in the agro-industry, where specialists and businessmen can directly ask questions and discuss problems, emphasizing the attention of top management on important issues. In particular, the conference 'Legal Aspects and Practice of Providing State Services in the Livestock Breeding', conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, was of the greatest interest to us, where the 'rules of the game' were defined. We held several meetings at the exhibition with the leaders of Russian and foreign companies, discussed the need for deep integration in the field of breeding in dairy and beef cattle.
