In January, 146 samples were taken to the Laboratory of quality and safety of products of animal and vegetable origin, feed and environmental objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with them 1268 tests were carried out and six positive results were revealed.
The sample of butter cream did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation for the content of sterols and fatty acid composition. Four samples of oilseeds were not tested for high humidity, cadmium, weed and oil impurities. A sample of wheat flour was rejected by experts because of the low content of gluten.
