Omsk veterinarians summed up the March results

On March 1 - 31, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 243 samples, with which 790 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 16 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.

Pathogens (Listeria) were contained in seven samples of poultry meat, and one of the samples of poultry meat contained salmonella. Bacteria of the colibacillus group and the pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus are found in a sample of butter. Excess of total bacterial contamination was found in two samples of meat semi-finished products. Three soil samples did not meet the requirements of the regulatory documentation for exceeding the index of E. coli bacteria.
