In April, the Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 335 samples, with which 1,096 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 20 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
Four samples of poultry meat and a sample of meat products contained pathogenic microorganisms - Listeria. Excess of total aerobic microbial count, the presence of E. coli bacteria and the pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus were detected in a sample of fish semi-finished products. Excess of total aerobic microbial count, molds and the presence of E. coli bacteria found in the sample of semi-finished products from vegetables. Three soil samples did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents in terms of enterococci index (excess). Six soil samples contained excess of E. coli bacteria.
