In April, 27 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 873 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 48 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
A pasteurized milk sample was rejected according to organoleptic characteristics (taste and smell). 19 swab samples contained bacteria of the E. coli group. Exceeding the total microbial number was detected in 25 samples. Two soil samples did not meet the requirements of normative documentation for exceeding the E. coli group index and the enterococcus index.
