In June, the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 470 samples, with which 1,400 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 48 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
Pathogens (Listeria) were found in six samples of poultry meat. Excess of total bacterial contamination was detected in 16 samples of sausages, three samples of dairy products, two samples of meat products, two samples of semi-finished products and a sample of fish products. The presence of E. coli bacteria was found in six samples: a sample of fish products, two samples of dairy products and three samples of semi-finished meat products. Two samples of nuts and a sample of semi-finished products contained an increased amount of mold. Nine soil samples did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents on exceeding the E. coli bacteria index and enterococci index.
