Alexander Burkov considers it important not only to ensure the unconditional fulfillment of social assignments within of the "May" decrees of the President of the country, but also to envisage projects for the region development. More than 6 billion rubles ($ 101.24 million) from the grants allocated to the region in the amount of 8.5 billion rubles ($ 143.42 million) will be directed to these purposes.
"We need to consider the distribution of funds not just to solve current budget problems, but we need to form a development fund, so that the invested funds will give an effect, a positive result for years to come. We need to look at the prospect," said Alexander Burkov.
