On November 7, the Omsk State Agrarian University's Scientific Agricultural Library (Omsky Biocluster member) became the venue for the semi-final of the UMNIK 2019 contest (direction: BIOTECHNOLOGY).
The competition was attended by eleven participants from three universities (Omsk State Agrarian University, Omsk State University, Omsk State Technical University). An authoritative jury of seven experts was represented by seven Ph.D.
The finalists of the competition (the finals will be held on November 29) were:
Anastasia Kurpegina, the project 'Recordist Hardware and Software System for Improving the Sporting Performance of the Horse-Man Couple', the resident of the Omsk State Agrarian University business incubator;
Nikita Karnyushev, the project 'Implementation of Research Results on the Processes of Combined Cleaning of Used Motor Oils', the resident of the Omsk State Agrarian University business incubator;
Yulia Iordan,the project 'Development of Biotechnology of Callusogenesis and the Production of Protoplasts in the Yellow Alfalfa Tissue Culture', Omsk State Technical University.
