December 1 - 28, 2018, 239 samples were delivered to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (member of Omsky Biocluster), with which 539 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 12 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
Antibiotics were detected in four samples of dairy products. Levomycetin (chloramphenicol) was detected in three milk samples, and penicillin group antibiotics were found in one sample. The screening results are confirmed by the arbitration method. Two samples of meat products exceeded the standards of the total microbial number. Bacteria of the colibacillus group were detected in a sample of meat products, and pathogenic organisms (Listeria) were found in one sample of pork meat and two samples of poultry meat.
