The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 11 samples of semi-finished meat products as part of the production control of the enterprise.
All samples have been tested for microbiological indicators and meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "The safety of meat and meat products."
