The Government of the Russian Federation is implementing a new tool to support exporters of agricultural products. The amount of compensation is up to 50% of actually incurred costs and should not exceed 50% of the cost of transported products. Omsk region is included in the list of recipient regions for agricultural and food products.
The main commodity items are meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, grain products, beer and non-alcoholic products, confectionery, ice cream. The transportation of grain and oilseeds is not subsidized.
Subsidies are provided to Russian organizations for the transportation of agricultural and food products, which was carried out from October 1, 2017. The directions of supply are the People's Republic of China, Mongolia, Central Asia, Azerbaijan, Iran, India, the Pacific Rim countries through sea ports of Primorsky Territory, in other directions through the sea ports of the Krasnodar Territory, Astrakhan, Rostov, Kaliningrad and Leningrad regions, Petersburg.
