OmSAU expands the horizons of international collaboration

The development of international collaboration is one of the priority areas of activity of the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member). Over the past six months, six new agreements have been concluded with international partners from three countries, and another agreement has been extended. The University College of Agribusiness plans to develop collaboration with the Higher College of Forestry, Ecology and Tourism (Shchuchinsk, Republic of Kazakhstan) in the areas of joint development of scientific projects, teaching materials, academic mobility of students and teachers.

 

An agreement on the provision of a specialized scientific and technical, methodological, experimental base in the areas of personnel training was concluded with the Humanitarian and Technical Academy (Republic of Kazakhstan).

 

Mutually beneficial scientific and technical collaboration aimed at the exchange of scientific experience and the organization of joint scientific research is reflected in the agreement with the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry (Republic of Kazakhstan).

 

Integration of scientific initiatives in the field of food safety; food biotechnology; improving the storage and processing of plant materials; processing of raw materials and products of animal origin; problems of sustainable development of the agroindustry and other scientific areas is possible with the National Agrarian University of Armenia (Republic of Armenia) in the development of joint international projects.

 

The active development of scientific activities under the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) grant to study the processes of professional self-determination of young people in the context of the digitalization of the economy, with the involvement of leading foreign experts from professional communities, is carried out on the basis of the concluded collaboration agreement with the University of Vechta (Germany).

 

The agreement on subject practice for agricultural students between Eurofins Agroscience Services GmbH (Germany) and Omsk State Agrarian University was concluded for five years. The Omsk State Agrarian University team hopes that the internship abroad will allow students to strengthen their professional competencies at the international level.
