The Association of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia and the Institute for the Economics of Knowledge are beginning to enroll in the third stream of the educational program for the creation and management of industrial technology parks. The program summarizes the best practices of Russian and world experience in the development of industrial technology parks and is the only educational program in this direction on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Experts from the Association of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia note that about 10 new industrial technology parks have been created annually since 2016. The Association receives requests for advanced training of specialists and managers who are already working in the formation and development of technology parks, as well as who wish to engage in this activity. Representatives of the Association, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the FIPS project office (Rospatent), Moscow specialized departments and existing technology parks of Russia, as part of the educational program, familiarize participants with the legal foundations of industrial technology parks, the requirements for them from state authorities, existing support measures, opportunities commercialization of the technology park, as well as the nuances of the work of management companies of industrial technology parks.
The educational program 'Industrial Technoparks: Creation and Management of Activities' consists of theoretical and practical parts with intramurally remote material presentation, designed for 32 academic hours. The practical part includes testing after each theoretical block and protecting the individual project of the technology park. Based on the results of the educational program, students are issued certificates of advanced training for the standard sample.
