Razumovsky's MSUTM: At the World Food 2019 Exhibition

At the end of September, the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center hosted the conference Dairy Products: Global Trends and Drivers for the Growth of the Dairy Products Category, which was attended by teachers and employees of Razumovsky's Moscow State University of Technologies and Management (Omsky Biocluster member).

The conference was opened by the 'Forum of Food Business Leaders. Closer to the Buyer', which continued with a workshop. Event moderator Evgenia Shamis discussed with the forum participants the consumer preferences of people of different generations. "Generations are models and scenarios of actions. If you do not take them into account, you lose people and money," says Evgenia Shamis. The agenda of the case-conference 'How to rebuild from competitors and create added value for a product and a store by selling without constant discounts?' included speeches by food business experts: cases, specific stories of its participants.

Many experts in their speeches emphasized that it is important to give the buyer not only a quality product, but also the emotional atmosphere associated with the purchase of the product. The exhibition focused on market analysis. The MSUTM present employees, event active participants, asked a lot of questions on dairy production technologies. One of the trends of the exhibition from the point of view of the interest of participants, no doubt, was the development of personalized nutrition, in terms of its theory and practice. The autumn exhibition WorldFood Moscow 2019 is a significant event where you can study the trends and new products of the food industry.
